Goldeye’s High Grade Gold in DDH G-05-23 increases by 57% in Re-assay.

Goldeye is pleased to announce that screened and metallic gravimetric assay of the original 2.09m interval grading 47 g/t Au/t in DDH G05-23 has increased the content to 80.7g Au /t /2.09m, underscoring the importance of the coarse grained gold contained in the sample. The interval is located 165m directly below the previously announced Upper High Grade zone that assayed 217g/Au/t / 2.05m.

The Big Dome High Grade zones occur in 3 separate vein systems each separated by 100m with each zone being 1.5 to 2m thick and grading between 80.7g/t and 217g/Au/t. A detailed drilling program is required to determine the size, extent and grade of the zones. The favourable high grade gold bearing lithologies have undergone limited drill testing over a strike length of 600m and to a depth of 400m. The true thickness of the veins is not known.

Two zones each 1.5m thick have been located at 410m (13.3g Au/t) and 453m (10.42g Au/t) down the hole indicating new good grade gold mineralization is being located at depth.

A new program of drilling planned to commence in early January 2006  will test the high-grade mineralization to depth and along strike.

Swastika Laboratories conducted FA-AAS and gravimetric gold analyses on samples submitted by Goldeye.  Samples containing more than 1 g/t Au, or every tenth sample, were reanalyzed to document laboratory precision.
