Goldeye hits more High Grade Gold in undercut of Big Dome DDH G-22

Goldeye is pleased to announce that it has intersected a 2.09m interval grading 47 g/t Au in DDH G05-23, 165m directly below the previously announced Upper High Grade zone assaying 217g/t Au / 2.05m in DDH G05-22. The 47g/t Au assay is being checked by the screened metallic assay method which provides a more representative result from coarse-grained gold samples.

Hole G05-22 intersected visible gold at 396m to 397.5m in a narrow quartz vein representing the eastern downdip extension of the high-grade zone that assayed 149g/t over 1.4m in DDH G-98-09.

The Big Dome high-grade zones occur in 3 separate vein systems, each 1.5 to 2m thick and each separated by 100m. The favourable high-grade gold bearing lithologies have undergone limited drill testing over a strike length of 600m and to a depth of 400m.  A detailed drilling program is required to determine the size, extent and grade of the three-vein system. Current drill information on the New Zone flanked by the Upper and Lower High Grade (#9) Zones indicates that the Big Dome is a large target containing high-grade gold mineralization which appears to improve with depth.

On the Hydro Creek property, diamond drill holes H05-29 and H05-30 have extended the “Main Zone” mineralization to depth and to the west.

The drill program was managed by Goldeye Explorations Limited under the supervision of Gerald Harron, P.Eng., Goldeye's Qualified Person responsible for the technical information contained in this press release. NQ size core was logged and then sawn, with one side bagged and labeled; the remaining half was placed back in core boxes for a permanent record. All samples were transported to Swastika Laboratories Ltd. by Goldeye personnel for crushing, pulverization and analysis by the industry standard fire assay technique with atomic absorption finish. To assure analytical accuracy, Swastika Laboratories ran industry standards and blanks with every batch of samples.

The Tyrrell project is located 90 km south of Timmins and consists of over 200 claim units owned 100% by Goldeye, a Canadian exploration company with projects in NE Ontario (Fawcett and Tyrrell Twp.), NW Ontario (Sandy Lake, Gold Rock) and Region V of central Chile.
