Goldeye plans to drift on Sonia project in central Chile to follow up chip samples that assayed 7.75 g/t gold with 218g/t silver over 5 meters and 0.84g/t gold with 284g/t silver over 11m.

During a recent trip to Chile by Goldeye personnel significant progress was made to establish an operating base and commencing work on the Sonia Puma low sulphidization epithermal gold project, Region V Chile. Previous sampling on the Sonia vein yielded 7.75 g/t gold and 218 g/t silver over 5 meters and 30 meters to the north a second sample gave 0.74 g/t gold and 284 g/t silver across 11 meters. Grab samples have assayed up to 2.8% copper. Two other mineralized areas covered by recent map staking, the Chincolco vein system and the Morro des Minas were visited and sampled. At Chincolco a series of veins extend over several hundred meters with one vein being worked by artesional miners. At Morro des Minas three sites containing typical epithermal quartz veins were sampled.

An environmental report will be completed in late April with the building of an access road starting in May. As soon as the road reaches the Sonia vein (a distance of 5 km) a detailed soil geochemical and Spectral IP survey will commence. Due to the large size of the Sonia vein system Goldeye plans to explore the Sonia vein that varies in width from 4m to 30m by driving a 3 by 3 meter drift over a strike length of 300 meters. This can be feasible due to very economical mining development charges in Chile . The drift would obtain a much better sample of the vein system. The El Bronce mill that is 30km from the Sonia is well suited to process the Sonia material.

The recent increase in the price of silver and copper combined with Sonia's gold content makes Sonia a very high priority exploration target. Goldeye personnel were highly impressed by the size of the Sonia vein and its associated mineralized system.
