TORONTO, ONTARIO--Goldeye is pleased to announce the results of drill holes H-04-16, H-04-17, and H-04-22. Hole H-04-16 intersected 3.01g/t Au / 5.5m. This was a step out of hole H-03-06 that intersected 7.24g/t Au over 9.4 m. H-04-17 intersected 3g/t Au / 5.5m which was an undercut of H-03-07 that intersected 3.03g/t Au/ 13m. H-04-22 intersected 18.9m of 1.49 g/t Au including 4.3m of 2.21 g/t Au. A total of 1583 meters of drilling has been completed in 14 holes since January 19, 2004. The drilling is demonstrating that the LaCarte North zone extends from section 1005+75E to 108+50 E. The area is structurally complex therefore detailed drilling is required to define the better zones of mineralization which will be drilled in further detail. A series of deeper holes is planned to trace the areal extent of the mineralization intersected in hole H-23 that intersected 4.28g/t Au/ 14m at a vertical depth of 290 meters. The Hole 23 zone, located on a roll appearing to control the mineralization will be traced out to the west onto the Hydro Creek block. It is possible that the shallow zones intersected to date may be enhanced when they intersect the "roll at depth. Twelve of the 14 holes intersected the targeted carbonatized zone with altered basalts and komatiites and an adjacent mineralized zone in highly altered brecciated felsic tuff/sediment. The LaCarte zone drill program has been focused on a 300 meter section of the Tyrrell Shear Zone. The Goldeye property has a 6km long strike length of the Tyrrell shear with five areas of mineralization to be explored. G. Harron, P. Eng, is the qualified person on this project. The following is a summary of assays received. Note: Holes H-04-14 to H-04-25 are on the LaCarte North zone. Holes H-04-20 and H-04-21 were drilled west of hole GE-05 (3.4 g/t Au/7.4m) on section 10850E. /T/

/T/ After the deep drilling on LaCarte North the drill will be moved to the Big Dome. Also on the joint venture grounds, Goldeye and Temex will drill a very high priority Spectral IP anomaly that is associated with a 4.2g/t Au grab sample. In other developments, Goldeye has acquired 199 claim units by staking in Fawcett township 10 km southwest of Tyrrell township. The property contains acid volcanics with copper zinc showings and ultramafic volcanics that contain copper/nickel showings. The area was targeted by Goldeye's proprietary regional analysis technique. In corporate developments, Goldeye has appointed Myles Johnson as Exploration Manager. He will work out of our Richmond Hill office. Goldeye is pleased to also announce that Mr. Stewart Winter will assist with business development in Chile and be responsible for Goldeye's newly acquired Sonia project. Goldeye invites interested parties to a presentation "Tyrrell Project Update and Introduction to Goldeye's new Sonia Project in Chile" to take place this afternoon, February 19,2004 at 4:30PM in the Ketchum Room, Toronto Board of Trade at 1 First Canadian Place.
