Goldeye Explorations is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. John Harvey as a Director of the company. Mr. Harvey received a Bachelor of Science Degree from the University of New Brunswick in 1959 and a P. Eng. designation in 1964. He has been active in the mining industry since 1960, serving as Sr. VP of Exploration for Noranda Inc. from 1982 to 1994. During the past nine years he has been associated with a number of resource companies, including Freewest Resources Canada Inc., Western Copper Holdings Limited, Prime Equities Inc., and Tribute Mining Corp. He runs his own geological consulting firm and has extensive knowledge of the Tyrrell Township area in Northeastern Ontario.
Goldeye's properties in Tyrrell Township were the subject of a recent report by Roly Ridler, PhD. Consultant, who summarized his findings as follows: "The well-established principle of symmetry in exploration geology indicates that the metallogeny of the Tyrrell Township area... and that of the Kirkland Lake area of Northeastern Ontario can be favourably compared. Such comparison reveals remarkable similarities. Thus, Goldeye's property package has excellent potential for gold and warrants significant ongoing exploration and drilling".
